Our story
AJM Recruitment was founded to make one specific journey easier: moving from an EU country to a real, well-paid job in the Netherlands. We saw too many candidates struggling with unclear job offers, unreliable middlemen, and confusing paperwork — so we built a recruitment service that is honest about pay, hours, accommodation, and transport from the very first conversation.
Today we work with candidates from Poland and across the European Union, matching them with Dutch employers in sectors such as logistics, production, agriculture, construction, and hospitality. We support people at every stage — from their first application to their first day on the job.
